The space
The house has one kitchen with a dining area, one standard bedroom and two duplex apartments (double beds in this apartment are located on the second floor, in the living area there are folding sofas), three bathrooms with shower cabin and toilets, a large terrace.

Guest access
Guests will have the whole house. Also, the house includes a terrace with tables and shops for relaxation with a large group. The terrace has a beautiful view of the sea and city.

Other things to note
The house is located on the territory of the complex, separately, at the top of a large plot. It has its own check-in, parking, street terrace for relaxing with a stunning view of the sea and city. The washing machine is located next to the house in a special laundry room.
