Although it was pet friendly, it did not smell like dogs, which is an A. The unit was cleaned.. The view was amazing.. We love the room off of the bedroom upstairs overlooking the ocean and the beach..We’re definitely gonna stay again.No pellets in the pellet stove or in container upon arrival. No direct beach access.. only about 1/4 of a mile down the roadto access to Beach.

We loved the location, overlooking the scenic rocks and an easy walk to the beach. Kitchen was well-stocked, There is a beautiful sitting room overlooking the rocks that our guests got to enjoy, as it’s off the master bedroom. There is minor maintenance needed on the blinds and closet doors, but overall, we were very happy and I’d love to return!

We love this condo, it was our 3rd time staying and the views are incredible! The furniture is very comfortable. We were somewhat disappointed that most of the blinds on the windows were broken. Especially the big picture window off of the living/dining area. It would only go up halfway and blocked some of that gorgeous view. The blinds upstairs were broken as well and would not stay up. The cranks on the windows - both upstairs and downstairs were missing with the exception of one upstairs so we could not open them to get fresh air and hear the ocean. We missed getting to do that this time. They did do some updates to the bathroom downstairs which was really nice to see. The slider out to the backyard does not lock and the storm/wind kept pushing it open. It was okay because there is an interior door that locks, but we were concerned for the home owner since rain and animals could potentially come in through the open slider. We kept shutting it but since the lock doesn't work, it just kept opening back up. The only other thing that we'd love to see change is hang the TV on the wall - and possibly have a larger one. It's such a large room and the TV is so small and placed down on a short table doesn't give a very good viewing point. It's also incredibly hard to operate. There are 4 remotes and only one seems to do anything. Other than these small things, we love this place and truly enjoy it each time we stay. We'll definitely be back!

Convenient Location and Stunning Views

The home was comfortable and provided outstanding views of the ocean and sea stacks. The kitchen could use updated appliances. All of the interior doors need to be shaved so they are not rubbing the new carpet. Functionality of the doors was difficult. While the direct access to the beach from the home is closed down, the access to the beach was still convenient with a very short walk up the road.

Unsafe and dirty

Unfortunately, our stay at this condo was very disappointing. The kitchen was in rough shape—stove inserts were black with grime, and every cupboard we opened either had crumbs or was too dirty to use.Beach access, which was a key reason we booked, was completely blocked off and looks like it had been that way for quite some time—definitely not a recent issue. The deck was also unsafe, with boards lifting and an unstable feel underfoot.Electrical issues were a concern as well. Several outlets either didn’t work or were arcing, which felt unsafe. There were also broken dishes, a damaged lamp shade, and most of the vent covers were falling apart.The furniture wasn’t usable. The dining table sagged dangerously when extended, and many of the chairs had loose or missing spokes. We were genuinely worried someone might fall or get hurt just sitting down.The windows were also a problem—most were missing handles, making them extremely difficult or impossible to open.The only real positive was what looked like new carpet—but even that caused issues. It was so thick that doors were hard to open, and the door to the backyard was already pulling the carpet up due to clearance issues.Overall, this property needs serious maintenance and attention to be safe and comfortable for guests. I wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition.

Gorgeous views!

The condo is huge! It was so lovely and the views are amazing. And the way that the yard is protected by the two other homes on either side makes it the perfect respite from a windy beach day. I loved it so much and will definitely be booking again!

Very nice, but a few minor problems

Beds are good. VIEW IS AMAZING. Knives need sharpening. Drawer under stove falls out when opened. Several electrical outlets (esp. downstairs, but also in master bedroom) are loose. Slider door cannot be locked. Decking in back is wonky.

Though the condo was clean, the quality of the furnishings are poor. The table and chairs are rickety, some are broken. You can’t open the kitchen drawers without opening the oven door. Only 1 kitchen towel. Bathrooms were clean, towels are old and thin. Beds were comfortable. The WiFi router wasn’t working when we arrived, had to call the Time manager. Issue was resolved. The outside deck is warped, the stairs going to the beach are dangerous. Should be roped off, do not use. This condo is expensive and quality is poor. The view and neighborhood is great.

Comfortable and functional with a great location on the beach. It’s a bit dated and needs some basic cleanup. Appliances are aging. Dishwasher leaks because the seal is old. Showers drain slowly. No show stoppers. It just needs some love.

Bandon condo

The location of this condo is excellent. The trail down to the beautiful beach is right outside the condo. It’s an easy drive to town. The condo itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very dog friendly which we appreciate. It was in need of a couple of minor improvements, mostly in the bathrooms. There was a pretty strong smell of urine. The white towels and bath rugs were very dingy and need to be replaced. Other than that it is an adequate and comfortable place with a fantastic location.

Oceanfront condo with amazing views

The views and beach access from this condo are what brought us back for our second stay here. The condo is well stocked and was very clean upon check in. Last year the dryer did not work and the stove barely worked. It was nice to see these things had been replaced since our last visit and both worked just fine for us during our stay. We loved the cozy feel of the pellet stove. Unfortunately, we were only provided with a half basket of pellets instead of a full basket as was supposed to be provided. We did find there was an issue with the north window next to the dining room table. It was very stormy during a couple of days of our stay and this window leaked a significant amount of cold air. Overall, we were very pleased with this condo and would recommend it to others!

Great View, Very Poor Upkeep

Enjoyed the stay because of the view. Major issues with the property included a large ground floor window that wouldn't close (creating a major security issue), dryer that was not working, urine smell in carpet, moldy shower curtain(!!!) only 6 forks for a house that sleeps eight, not a single frying pan, hair in the shower drain on arrival, bath towels had holes in them and looked like rags, bedside lights that did not work. Property manager dropped off air fresheners to help with the smell and offered to pick up our laundry and do it, but there were just too many problems with the basic cleanliness and upkeep of the house that we did not want to deal with while on vacation. Manager indicated that they knew about the window that doesn't close, but obviously decided not to have it fixed. Once again, enjoyed the stay because of the view, but the property needs to ensure that it can be safely locked and needs a good cleaning and updating of basics like kitchen supplies and towels. Beds and bedding were a bright spot. Nice down comforters and comfortable beds.

We stayed at this property for a quiet weekend with friends. The location was perfect--right off the beach with a fantastic view out the window, plus just minutes from restaurants & stores. We did note some cleanliness issues upon check-in, but management responded very quickly when contacted.

The view is worth it!

As stated in other reviews, the property could use some TLC and the kitchen is very little more than a frig and microwave. I'd say it's equivalent to a 2-3 star hotel. During our stay the dryer was out of service, which should be reflected in the property description. The stairs down to the beach are challenging if you have mobility issues. However, Face Rock Waypoint is a quarter of a mile away and has very well-maintained steps and an easy stepdown to beach level. The South Jetty access is even easier with no stairs at all, although you do have to negotiate your way through the driftwood to get to the beach - there was no maintained path. All that being said, the views from this rental are breath-taking! From downstairs there is a great view of the ocean and the sea stacks in front of the house. From the upstairs sun porch you can see down the beach and have an even better view of the rocks. It should also be noted that the house is quiet! We had a couple of different neighbors in the condo next door and never heard them - we only realized we had neighbors when we met them in the parking area.
