- a second bathroom located on level -1 of the villa, near the pool, ideal for rinsing off after swimming without having to enter the house,

You can also enjoy a private swimming pool, accessible all day, as well as a magnificent unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. Private parking is available on the property.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 pm.
