'Radison quality as good as other Radison hotels around the world. Very good breakfast and good location for visiting Brunei Captial. Good service, luch and dinner facilities. We visited during Ramadan Brunei, which makes it more difficult to explore Brunei, so better to prevent visting Brunei during that time.'

'This hotel looks modern and is a close walking distance away from the main sight in the city, the beautiful mosque. They offer a free shuttle service to all of the other sights that are a bit further away from the hotel. Bandar Seri Begawan is the least crowded capital city you will probably ever visit and you find yourself alone most of the time. Therefore I have no idea how this hotel can exist, but I'm glad it is there. The WiFi is great and overall my stay was a pleasant experience.'

'Good location. Ladies at the desk were very helpful. Good choice if you want something cheap. The room was in poor condition and needs a remodel. The wallpaper is peeling and there are stains on the carpet. '

'The Good: It was fantastic to have a private space where we could rest, charge devices, get clean and sleep between flights. Will definitely do this again. The 'Bad': The bathroom was fine but there was no hand soap at the sink and some dribbles of soap from dispenser over the bath which made me wonder about how thoroughly it had been cleaned. 'After 20 years back in Brunei and for the first time in this hotel. The hotel is a real treasure of tranquility, excellent service and superb facilities. Would be nice if more guests would appreciate all that the hotel can provide as this hotel clearly ranks number 1 when looking at the whole of Borneo.'

'I arrived at 4am in the morning. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The property is old, but the staff was great! Location is very convenient - 10 minutes from airport, near the mall and night market, and many restaurants around.'
