The kitchen is an epicurean's dream, featuring a polar ice quartz island, double oven, warming drawers, a touchpad induction hob, and a Quooker hot tap.

Your Private Sanctuaries:
Master Quay Suite: A private mezzanine haven featuring a super king velvet bed and a freestanding bath overlooking the ocean. This suite includes a walk-in rain shower, espresso machine, and fridge.
Junior Suites & King Rooms: Each suite is a peaceful retreat with four-poster beds, antique fireplace mantels, velvet finishes, and quality 100% linen and cotton bedding.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property. This includes:
The entire 5-bedroom house and its two distinct bedroom wings.
The surrounding grounds and gardens.
The private white sandy beach, located just 40 metres from the house.
A large basement providing ample storage for luggage, bikes, or other equipment.

For adventurers, optional boat trips to nearby islands can be arranged with the host upon request.

Key Collection: Your host's contact details will be provided after your final payment is processed. Please contact us 2–3 days prior to your arrival to confirm key collection arrangements.
Included Amenities: Your booking includes high-quality bed linen, down duvets, plush towels, a baby high chair, a cot/crib, heating, internet access, and on-site parking. There are no hidden fees.
Laundry: The basement laundry room is equipped with twin washing machines for your convenience.
Optional Services: Cancellation insurance is available for purchase, calculated at 5% of the booking price.





Other Things to Note:

A €1,000 security deposit will be pre-authorised on your payment card the day before check-in. This is a temporary hold, not a charge.



The deposit covers damage to the property or its contents and any additional cleaning required due to spillages or excessive soiling, excluding normal wear and tear.



Following inspection by our housekeeping team after check-out, the hold will be released provided no charges are due. Funds will usually become available within seven working days of release, although this may take longer depending on your bank.
