'MY wife and I truly enjoyed our stay in a very nice 1-bedroom unit (#5) in early June. The location is superb, with virtually all of downtown Newport within walking distance. It was much more spacious than we expected, with comfortable furnishings, a very comfortable bed, fully functional kitchen, and ... surprise, surprise ... a functioning fireplace! And the garden courtyard entry was charming. Great place to settle in after a day walking around town, or all sorts of restaurants, bistros, bars...
'We stayed on the top floor in the Cherry Rose suite and wow we highly recommend! Priscilla checked us in early, gave us so many resources and information about our room as well as the area! Very spacious room, living room with a pull out couch, a kitchen with a sitting area and fridge, and a very cute bathroom. 'We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and so glad we found this adorable inn. Their yummy breakfasts were pleasantly served by the inn keeper, Kim and the Inn accommodated my gluten allergy for breakfast treats. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the wharf, we basically left our car in their private parking lot and walked everywhere. An added bonus, 4-6pm they served cheese, crackers and wine. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great, warm stay.'
