The luxurious Villa Palmeta is situated in the charming town of Bale on the peninsula's interior, near Rovinj. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with underfloor heating, making it an ideal retreat for up to 8 people. The villa boasts a stunning heated swimming pool which is enclosed by a lush garden, and a first-floor balcony with plenty of space for lounging, as well as a sun deck with comfortable chairs. This makes Villa Palmeta the perfect destination for a relaxing break from the stresses of everyday life in a tranquil Istrian town.



On the lower level, there is an open-plan living area, illuminated by sliding glass doors leading to the pool. This is the spot where the lounge, dining area, and kitchen meet. The area is warm and inviting due to the contemporary, sleek design and neutral earth tones. The comfortable couch can seat 5 people in the lounge and a smart TV is mounted on the wall. The chairs are created using natural materials that contribute an extra layer of warmth, whilst a functional fireplace is conveniently located within the space. For your utmost comfort, all rooms in the villa have underfloor heating. A round dining table that seats 6 people is located between the living room and the fully equipped kitchen. You will be charmed by its elements of dark wood and glass along with an induction hob on a kitchen island.



There's 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Every room has air conditioning and underfloor heating, as well as a private bathroom. They're designed to make you feel relaxed, with neutral, light colours and minimalist decor. There are double beds in 2 of the rooms, while 1 bedroom has 2 single beds. The rooms on the first floor are equipped with a TV and one of them has a balcony with a sitting area. You can relax in privacy and admire the scenery there. The bedroom on the ground floor provides a great view too - a glass wall overlooking the pool and green garden runs almost the length of the wall and leads directly to the sunbathing area with sun loungers. The modern bathrooms have walk-in showers. Cosy bathrobes and hairdryers are also provided. There are double sinks in one of the upstairs bathrooms.



In the 712 m² garden, you'll love spending your day with your loved ones. No matter what your age, the private outdoor pool is everyone's favourite. Swim in the 33 m² heated pool during the summer season and relax on one of the 6 deck chairs. You'll find towels and an outdoor shower at your disposal. Right next to the outdoor covered lounge area is a fully equipped, modern outdoor kitchen with an electric grill and a large dining table for 8 people. This area is roofed and lit, so after dinner you can socialise until late into the night. Whilst you socialize, the youngsters can enjoy themselves in the playroom with the PlayStation video game console.



When you stay at villa Palmeti, you're in a great spot to discover western Istria. Besides enjoying the closest beach, which is 5 kilometres away, we suggest you explore the charming town of Bale. Take a stroll through the old town's narrow stone streets and go see the Gothic-Renaissance Soardo-Bembo castle from the 16th century, a crypt with stone sculptures, a delightful city palace, and a farm with local aromatic herbs. Archaeological sites of churches and Roman villas will delight history buffs, while the whole family can enjoy the interactive exhibits in the multimedia centre. It showcases 200-million-year-old dinosaur bones that landed Bale a spot on the world list of paleontological sites. Once you have explored Bale, take the opportunity to visit the Istrian gems of Rovinj and Pula, which boast a wealth of cultural and historical monuments as well as a variety of top-class restaurants.
