A 5-star villa boasts a warm exterior and interior. You will be impressed with the usage of modern and warm materials, like steel beams, wooden details and warm colors.
The dining area and living area are connected. The kitchen is completely equipped with all the appliances necessary for your culinary show. The living room has comfortable sofas, a flat TV and a fireplace that creates a romantic atmosphere.
All 4 bedrooms in the villa come with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of them is a master bedroom with a balcony. The second floor of the villa also has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with twin beds, ideal for children.
The central position belongs to an outdoor swimming pool of 28 m2, surrounded by beach chairs. Here you can relish in the sun and drink your cocktail.The pool has a heating option with a surcharge of 300€ per week.
An outdoor dining area on a terrace in front of the villa will be your favorite place, especially during hot summer nights. You can enjoy drinking wine, purchased in the villa since the villa has a wine shop.
There is enough space for 4 parking places for the guests of the villa.
Beautiful Rovinj town is 17 km from the villa. It is one of the most visited towns on the Istrian coast.
