'My family stayed here for a softball tournament, which was 7 minutes from the playground. We found out after arrival they have a community pool. A huge plus for the younger kids not playing ball. The location was close to restaurants & grocery stores. Our next tournament in Zachary, we'd love to stay here again!'

'Our family was in Baton Rouge for the Marucci World Series. This location was perfect for the events at LSU, the Marucci Store and our games. Cleanliness, communication with host and overall experience was top notch!!!'

'Place was beautiful and accommodating. With being on a river there are flying bugs and spiders to contend with but the covered porch made it a non-issue. Beautiful dock to enjoy sunsets! Very relaxing family weekend! '

'The location of the property was perfect. It was less than 5 minutes from the LSU campus and maybe 15 to 20 minutes from everything else. The neighborhood and house were very clean. My host communicated very well and was not intrusive. Loved the place and would love to stay again if available. '

'Good location. It was more quient than expected because it is across the road from a school so I figured there would be alot fo traffic noise but there wasn't. House was very clean and well maintained. '

'Great place. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Everything was perfect. The only thing I can say it was lacking was a grill and other kitchen appliances but if you don’t plan on cooking and serving frozen drinks its a no brainer not to stay here. '

'We had the absolute best time at this waterfront property in Jarreau. We typically take a beach trip this time of the year, but because of our new addition ,(daughter born in May), we needed something a little easier. We stayed here for our sons 12th birthday celebration with our friends. If you’re tired of your kids staying inside, eyes glued to their devices, this is the place to take them! 'Overall it was great! The house is just lovely and fit my family of 7 perfectly. The bedrooms, the dinning room table was perfect for all of us to sit around. We lost power and the host got on it right away and it was fixed in no time. I do wish some of the responses were a little quicker but with that being said I also know everyone has a life and can be busy. I wish there were a few more check out details. 5 stars all the way and we would definitely stay again if we are in the area. ...
