'This property was filthy. The home was new but the property had not been thoroughly cleaned. Bugs and webs at the entrance door and in the corners inside of the home. Refrigerator had not been cleaned No towels and the ones she brought had black oil on them. Mold on shower curtain in front bathroom. Bathroom mat were filthy. Toothpaste splatter on the mirrors, used bar of soap left in closet. No flat sheets on either bed. Linen had to be changed due to greasy spots. Commode had brown water until...

'Upon arriving, I was met by Melissa & Beau who were friendly and graciously advised me to contact them anytime if we required anything. Great location as we walked to the LSU game. Townhouse was furnished with everything we required for our 2 night stay. Liked the gated parking and large shared yard. '
