'Een mooi, ruim oud huis vol karakter En geschiedenis. De tuin heeft een fantastisch uitzicht maar ook veel muggen. Een korte wandeling de berg op en je bent in het mooie centrum met een prachtig groot plein, cafés, restaurants en een paar winkels. Todi heeft een aantal mooie kerken, antieke restanten, musea, een park en schitterende uitzichtpunten. Op en rondom het plein is er ‘s avonds vermaak zoals muziek en films. Todi Is echt een geheime tip!'

'This is a real amazing place to stay for my holiday! I wanted a secluded place, private swimming pool and a beautiful view. That's what I got and even more! I was overwhelmed by the stunning views and very comfortable house with all the amenities one needs. Even a robot vacuum cleaner, which makes live on holiday even more relaxing ;-) Sitting at the porch at the first two evenings I unwinded totally. Here you really can see all the stars at night like little light pins in a dark blue...

'In august/september 2022 we had a great vacation in The Old Olive Tree. The house is beautiful and well equipped with plenty of room for the family. The garden (oriented on the south) is nice and big, offering shade and sunshine. The large p;ool is fantastic for a cool-down and fun. The BBQ and outside dining space are perfect. The staff maintaining the house (Mario for the garden and pool (daily) and Meri for the linen) do a great job and are efficient. We didn't see Mario as he did his work...

'De woning is wat gedateerd en ook de stoelen hielden niet over. Het zwembad (met keukentje en toilet) maakte echter heel veel goed. De eigenaar, Carlo, was buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor wie privacy belangrijk vindt, een echte aanrader.'

'We had a great stay is this beautiful house. It is the perfect location to enjoy Orvieto, Bolsena Lake (Both 15 minutes) and within 75 minutes you are in Rome. The house has different levels outside and with a baby that crawls, it sometimes was a challenge. But the garden was so pretty and colouful. Everything was perfect and clean. Andrea checkt if everything was ok regularly and even brought a microwave. So friendly. Ik really recommend this house.'

'Stunning house with A+ furnishing, the ceiling fans and air conditioners were useful extras in this year's summer heat. A beautiful garden & terraces and a small but pleasant swimming pool. And let's not forget the incredible view of the surroundings! We could also enjoy the swallows and the bats that passed by! Gave us all that extra "Italy-feeling". And thank you for the warm welcome and of course the start-package in the fridge! We were super positive about everything. But we found it a pity...

'We enjoyed a relaxing holiday in the cosy cottage. Ideal location for day trips to Firenze, Siena, Orvieto, Rome, Perugia. We were greeted by our friendly hosts upon arrival with a welcome beverage. Small kitchen but everything you need is available.'

'Alhoewel de weg naar het huis niet te onderschatten is, wordt dit goedgemaakt door de prachtige omgeving en het mooi en dagelijks prima onderhouden zwembad. De woning is zeer goed ingericht. Het wekelijks vernieuwen van lakens en handdoeken en het reinigen van de badkamers was voor ons de kers op de taart. Enig minpuntje is dat onze contactpersoon enkel Italiaans sprak maar haar vriendelijkheid maakt veel goed. Wij hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad Eric'

'La location proprio dentro al castello nel cuore di Pitigliano è davvero unica. Piccola ma molto carina la casa del 1600. Però la cucina ed il bagno hanno proprio l'essenziale e avrebbero bisogno di qualche miglioramento e senza dubbio il letto non è per tutte le schiene. Loris è molto simpatico e disponibile. Pitigliano è davvero da non perdere!!!'

'Schönes altes Haus mit riesigem komplett eingezäunten Garten. Wir waren mit Hund und Kindern für eine Woche in Lubriano. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und in dem Garten mit dem tollen Pool kann man sich super entspannen und Zeit verbringen. Wenn man aktiv sein möchte gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.'
