Casa Ginevra is a beautiful stone-built villa set in a peaceful hillside location, surrounded by olive groves and forests. It lies in the Garfagnana, one of Tuscany’s most unspoiled regions, nestled between the Apuan Alps and the Apennines. This is an ideal retreat for couples and small families seeking a holiday immersed in nature.



The spa town of Bagni di Lucca is just a 10-minute drive away and offers a supermarket, small grocery shops and authentic restaurants such as Ristorante Circolo dei Forestieri and the popular Pizzeria da Pippo. This area has been known for its thermal springs since Etruscan and Roman times. There are many interesting and picturesque sights nearby, such as the stunning Ponte della Maddalena, also known as the Devil’s Bridge. The beautiful city of Lucca, with its impressive city walls and numerous churches, is just 40 minutes away. The area also offers excellent opportunities for hiking, as well as activities like rafting and canoeing on the Serchio River.

The single-storey villa is built from natural stone and features dark green wooden shutters. At the front is a covered terrace with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen including a barbecue and traditional pizza oven, plus a seating area and dining table. The gardens offer manicured lawns and a beautiful pool.



Inside, the house has been lovingly restored with beamed ceilings, exposed stone walls and terracotta floors. Sunny yellow tones in the kitchen and living room, and soft pastels in the bedrooms and bathrooms, create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
