Feel at home in our recently renovated apartment (2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom). Centrally located in the Baden-Baden Rebland, you can find a variety of sporting and cultural offers with an excellent infrastructure.
The ca. 50 m2 apartment will inspire you with its equipment. A fully equipped kitchen, TV with Netflix, a double bed, a sofa bed, a rain shower, hairdryer, balcony and free parking on the property ensure your well-being.

The property is located in the center of Steinbach. Steinbach belongs to the wine region "Rebland" and is a suburb of Baden-Baden.
The fantastic location between the Black Forest and the river Rhine valley offers countless leisure and recreational opportunities.
Hiking, mountain biking, racing biking, running - whatever outdoor activity, it can be started right outside the front door. The Black Forest National Park begins "right around the corner" and can be explored from here.
In the summer months, the sun can also be enjoyed in the local outdoor pool (approx. 10 minutes' walk away).
In less than 5 minutes you are in the midst of the vineyards that invite you to wonderful hikes and walks.

The central location in town ensures good connections to public transport and the proximity to the shops in town. Please note that you will therefore also hear noises from the environment (street, shops, church). There is a church about 100 m away. There is also a small bakery next to the apartment, which starts working early in the morning. The breads and buns are delicious so don't miss to try them! ;-) In order to counteract the background noise, windows with soundproofing were installed in the apartment.

The proximity and good public transport connection of the place to the surrounding cities allows a comfortable exploration of the area.

How is the apartment divided
Bedroom with double bed (Queen size, 1.60 x 2.0 m) - Bathroom with shower and toilet - kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (filters and pads), refrigerator, counter (2 seats) and dining area (4 seats) - Living room with sofa bed and TV (Netflix, internet TV) - balcony with 2 seats
To get to the kitchen you have to go through the living room. Please note if a guest wants to stay on the sofa bed.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 I 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻
You can check-in contactless with us. The front door can be opened via an electronic door lock using a code. You will receive this code shortly before your arrival.
The apartment door is opened with a key, which will be in the lock of the apartment door when you arrive.
Here you´ll also find a key for the front door. Which can therefore be opened using the code or manually using the key.
Please note that access will be released not before check-in time on the day of arrival.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗜 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲
On the grounds of the property there is a free parking spot. There are also free public parking on the road along the house.

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲
The balcony, which belongs to the apartment, is used exclusively by you and your fellow travelers.
Access takes place via the common staircase. There is no direct access from the apartment to the balcony.

For your baby / toddler we have a travel bed incl. bed linen. We are happy to provide it. If you need it, please contact us. We will prepare the bed for you.
