'This hotel seemed pretty popular with people passing through and was reasonably priced. There were not many amenities, but there was porch chairs and a fire pit on the grounds with some views of the mountains. Mini golf was available for a fee. Staff was pretty friendly and there was biscuits and gravy on Sunday morning but not Saturday. I think this was an adequate stay and near Davis, Thomas and the state parks.'
'Absolutely beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The room was very clean, had a lot of outlets, and comfortable for the 4 night stay. Beautifully renovated. Enjoyed the view from the hotel room too. As it’s located right in downtown Elkins there are bars and restaurants just a walk away!'
'I have used this hotel for multiple business stays. I have noticed some items that have prompted me to decrease of my overall rating from giving a 5 star.
The parking was nearly impossible. Almost all of the vehicles were utility vehicles that weren’t even working on the hotel! They were working elsewhere!
Some of the staff were incredibly rude about the choices that were being made at the breakfast bar. They would make comments to each other about what items the guests picked, which isn’t...
'Ik heb hier 4 nachtjes geslapen en het was echt fantastisch! Devin heeft mij bij het inchecken echt onwijs vriendelijk geholpen en tips gegeven over plekken die ik gezien moet hebben! De kamer was groot, schoon, nieuw…gewoon geen woorden voor zo mooi en comfortabel! Ik voelde mij helemaal thuis! De omgeving is prachtig, de bergen, bossen en wandelmogelijkheden! Als je net als ik een natuurliefhebber bent dan zit je hier echt helemaal goed! Je hoeft je geen moment te vervelen!'
