Man kann auch einen ausgedehnten Spaziergang bis zur Innenstadt machen - kein Problem! Die Gastgeberin hat uns noch richtig gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Amsterdam gegeben. 'My friend and I absolutely loved our stay on the boat. The neighborhood is quiet so it was nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam Centre. The suite is spacious and very comfortable with all of the amenities you would need. Sander was very friendly and provided a lot of information about the area. The host provided welcome snacks and drinks and left fresh tulips on the table. Public transportation is very close to the dock including a free commuter ferry. We loved spending our time...

'We had such a lovely and easy going stay on the Ms Luctor. We were conveniently located near Centraal Station and could get anywhere we wanted with the bikes available to us. Breakfast every morning was such a treat. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had just enough apartment-like space to be cozy while visiting Amsterdam.'

'Wonderful experience. Martyn was very hospitable. The location is quiet and across from the zoo. Waking up to elephants and zebras was incredible. 'We enjoyed the location tremendously; and, staying on the boat added a charming ambiance to our Amsterdam experience. On the other hand, it is very tattered, dated, rickety and an electrical nightmare. Extension cords and hidden switches everywhere and very dimly lit. Floors covered with throw rugs that all overlap; the walls and ceilings covered with fabric that has been stapled on. And, used toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet. So, if you don't mind dealing with all the oddities, go...

Although there is no running water the host was very friendly and accomodate for us and always made sure we had what we needed.
