'Ana was a very polite person. She helped us where she could. However, we didn’t quite get what we booked. We booked four female dorm beds and knew that it would be in a room with only four beds. But we got a private room with three beds and a camping bed and the last night we needed to sleep in a mixed dorm. So overall mixed feelings. A main point that we will remember though is that is was very clean everywhere. '

'From the first day on it was a exceptionell stay at Memoria Hostel. The service couldnt be any better, location, rooms, information... technically anything is at a top level. There is almost no space for improvement. It was a great stay and if we come back someday, we will chose definetly Memoria Hostel again.'
