Positioned in a beautiful Devon valley, guests can enjoy local footpath walks and a traditional rural village. Close by, there are woodlands and ancient iron age hillfort sites offering panoramic views. The village is served by an award-winning local inn and restaurant and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s famous River Cottage HQ isn't far away for a foodie experience. The Jurassic Coast offers Lyme Regis, Seaton and Charmouth for its fossil hunting. Beautiful Bridport has a wonderful Satrurday market and an eclectic Antiques Quarter for those rare finds to take home.

Stylishly decorated throughout, the single-floor cottage provides spacious living and comfortable bedrooms. To the left of the entrance hall is the master king-size bedroom, and adjacent is the family bathroom with shower and WC. Moving into the lounge/kitchen/dining area, enjoy your favourite programmes on the Smart TV and warm yourself by the electric feature fireplace. Dine together around the table for four, after you’ve whipped up dinner in the kitchen which is well equipped with built-in appliances. The twin bedroom, accessed through a door in the living space, completes the property.

Outside, through the French doors in the lounge, is an enclosed , private garden area with a patio and artificial grass space. Complete with garden lounge furniture and a gas BBQ, it’s the perfect place to unwind. Adjacent to the property is a dog walking field which boasts beautiful countryside views.
