« This was our first time renting on the sound and we chose the perfect house! The house was clean, exactly as described and the location was perfect! We were close to restaurants, shops, and a little playground for the kids. Karen, the host, was quick to respond , she even checked in in on us on our drive down to see our eta and give instructions. Plenty of room for extended family to have their own space, all while having great common areas to spend time together. « Our first family vacation to OBX and Breeze Bay was perfect. The location was fantastic- 5 min walk to the beach was super easy but honestly our boys loved fishing from the dock and using the kayaks just as much. Pickleball was a blast at Kinnakeet. The kitchen was fully stocked for making meals. We absolutely loved having morning coffee on the deck and then watching the sun set on the roof top deck.
