Bedroom 1: A serene King suite with a smart TV, lounge area with twin XL daybed, oversized closet and private en suite bathroom on the top floor, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or trails. Step outside onto your private balcony with two person sun-lounger, two swivel glider chairs, and fire pit with sweeping views of the sun setting over the golf course. While the en suite bathroom has been thoughtfully updated with new fixtures and retains some its classic charm, it is pending renovations in 2026, however it is fully functional and thoughtfully maintained.

•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
•We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $500 pet fee. We do not allow cats.
