    Notre maison est entièrement équipée avec une cuisine gastronomique, de grandes chambres confortables, une terrasse privée avec barbecue, garage 2 voitures, poussettes, pack n jeux, serviettes de plage et des jouets! Une fois que vous arrivez à la maison, les voitures sont garées dans le garage et ne sont pas utilisées jusqu'à ce que vous quittiez Avila Beach. Tout est à distance de marche!

    Le plan d'étage spacieux semble beaucoup plus grand que 1700 pieds carrés. Il a de belles vues sur la montagne avec terrasse arrière privée et barbecue entouré d'arbres et de verdure. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, avec un capot complet pour tout gourmet de profiter. La maison est l'une des rares à Avila qui est une maison individuelle avec 3 chambres à coucher complètes et 2 salles de bains qui convient à 8 personnes. Complet avec un garage complet de 2 voitures, et un centre de blanchisserie avec laveuse et sécheuse complète. Les chambres se composent d'une grande suite parentale avec lit queen, placards de son et des siens, relié à une salle de bain complète avec double lavabos, baignoire et douche. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen avec placard complet. La troisième chambre a deux (2) lits jumeaux meublés avec plusieurs jouets pour enfants et des livres! Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon et un matelas pneumatique. Une chaise haute, une poussette, un sac à dos, des planches à roulettes, des jouets de plage, un parapluie et des chaises de plage sont également à votre disposition.

    5 RAISONS DE SEJOURNER À AVILA BEACH GEM

    1.) LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Nous sommes situés dans la ville d'Avila et à quelques pas de la plage, des restaurants, du golf. Une fois que vous arrivez, la voiture est généralement garée dans le garage de 2 voitures tout le temps et se promener à tout à Avila. Notre maison est située dans un quartier calme, donc il y a beaucoup d'intimité et de tranquillité la nuit. Pas de bruit de restaurant ou de bar tard dans la soirée, juste le calme!

    2. AVILA BEACH GEM EXPÉRIENCE. Pendant votre séjour chez nous, notre maison devient votre maison, et nous voulons que votre expérience soit vraiment mémorable. Nous faisons de notre mieux pour fournir un service et des équipements impeccables afin que vous puissiez concentrer votre attention sur la famille, les amis et le plaisir pendant vos vacances!

    3. LA TAILLE EST IMPORTANTE - Il peut être difficile de profiter d'un moment de qualité en famille autour d'une petite table ou d'une petite chambre d'hôtel. Pesant près de 1700 pieds carrés (4-5 fois la taille moyenne de la chambre d'hôtel) Notre maison est capable d'accueillir jusqu'à 8 à la table de salle à manger. Les chambres sont très grandes et vous n'avez pas l'impression d'être dans un placard. Et n'oubliez pas le salon spacieux avec un grand canapé et deux autres chaises confortables et confortables!

Clean & Comfortable in Good Location

Property is exceptionally clean. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living and dining areas for the three bedrooms which is not always the case with vacation rentals. The beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach and easy drive to SLO. Thanks for a nice family getaway!

Wonderful home

My family enjoyed this well stocked home. Here is a list of what we liked: furnishings in great shape, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood., close to beach and spacious home. Every thing was great and never needed to contact property manager. I give this home an excellent rating!

Luxurious coastal escape

Well appointed Beach house just a few minutes walk from the beach and pier. We had kids with us and were delighted to find a number of games and beach toys for them to use while visiting. Similarly kitchen was well set up for basic cooking and made the stay more comfortable. Pet tolerant (i.e., for a nonrefundable fee). All in all a great setup.

Nice house, but parking is a challenge. They claim a two car garage but very tight. We were nervous maneuvering in the drive and ended up parking one car in the garage and others had to park up a hill on the Main Street. There were no additional plastic bags to load up trash. Only small trash cans in bathroom and one bag in kitchen. A few of the window cranks don’t work and a few window screens are loose. A few light bulbs don’t work and I’ve suggested the property instal safety handles in the showers. For us elderly it’s impossible to manage the deep bathtub showers to enter safely

Budget, Not Luxury

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Avila will always be a favorite. This unit was just ok. It suited our group because it allowed dogs. Overall, it was budget friendly and easily accessible (if you can walk the hill) but not luxurious. The master bed was unmade when we arrived and the many broken window cranks weren't helpful. The place was quiet and tucked down a steep hill. Parking took some careful practice. This home is best for guests who don't expect to spend much time in the unit, plan kids only for the cots in one room and have a maximum two cars.

As advertised. Close to beach, but just far enough to be be a quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy for regular sized vehicle. Only downside was a peacock nearby with an early alarm clock.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time to Avila beach and we loved it! Such a cute beach town and lots of fun activities to do as a family and of course, great times on the beach! The house was in a pretty good location and on a quiet street. The WiFi didn’t work upon arrival which was stressful, as we had to set up baby monitors and had work calls/emails to make. The response time about the issue was decent. They requested no shoes in the house, which we agree is a great household rule. However, the floors were so dirty and the bottoms of our feet were filthy by the end of the day of walking around with no shoes. Clearly the floors weren’t cleaned before our arrival. The house provided some beach toys, beach chairs, and an umbrella which was awesome. The kitchen was super underwhelming. They didn’t have any basic cooking supplies, storage bags for leftovers, etc. if you do decide to stay here, bring these kinds of things with you, the amount of kitchen supplies was pretty limited. Overall, if you want a basic place to stay, this will work for you!

The furnishings were spartan and that was fine with us other that the master bed. The mattress was dated and uncomfortable with the bed frame on wheels so the bed shifted through the night if you turned. Also it needed a headboard as it was positioned under a window with window blinds for a head rest.The condo seemed clean but as they ask you not to strip the beds??? Parking a 2023 SUV was challenging especially if the bay opposite the garage was occupied.
