'House is cheaply built, with no seclusion. It's located in a development, and lacks proper landscaping. There is just a few feet between houses on this lane, with no kind of privacy fence or screen. There had been so many chemicals put into the hot tub that we were actually shoveling bubbles out with our hands, but the smell was so strong we couldn't even stand it. That being said, while you're in the hot tub, you can literally hear the conversations of the people next door. The house itself...

'We were looking for a quiet spot that was on the water to unwind and do some fishing. This was the perfect spot to do that! The cabin was clean and cozy, but still enough space for me, my husband and 2 teenage boys. The boys enjoyed the kayaks and opportunities to fish. I enjoyed the quiet morning view from the deck to sip coffee and read.'

'We stayed with four adults and four kids for a float trip. Excellent property and wonderful location on the river, right next to Dawt Mill. Made getting the kids up and ready and easy task, and we still got bonus time on the river thanks to the location. Had a great time! '

'Such a beautiful place and so peaceful after a crazy day at Silver Dollar City! An added bonus was a little frog that kept coming to visit us on the deck. I misunderstood the listing and brought coffee, but there is a Keurig only. No problem for them! They brought us k cups for the next morning. Constant communication! We would love to stay again. '

'we fell in love with this cabin the minute we opened the door, Jeff had the cabin cool and comfortable. The shower was awesome. the bed and we cooked everyday in the kitchen and the grill outside. It was perfect for Tim and I. Our 26th wedding anniversary ended up being one of the best so far. thank you Jeff for all you did to make us comfortable. I haven't had time to download any photos yet.
