"Most of the advertised elements (spa, dining, conference rooms) are not completed yet or closed for repairs. Hotel was <5% occupied when we were there, and the limited staff were using the hotel for other commercial activities. We left after one night. We recommend avoiding this property."

"This apartment hotel is beautiful and the amenities are first class. BUT: 1. No one speaks English, not even the managers 2. You cannot book food to your room AND you cannot use their credit card machine because it asks for a 6 pin and a 4 digit pin will not work. I tried the trick of adding 2 00s ..."
