2200 square foot home, build on the side of Lake Travis hillsides. 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Large kitchen that opens up to deck, high capacity washer/dryer. Central air and heat, amazing views from the huge 2 story deck. Outdoor grill and water access. Community pool, park with playscape and boat ramps, free fitness center, library and floating restaurant all within easy reach. All linens and towels provided. Master bedroom with King bed, 2 bedrooms with Queen bed each. 4th bedroom downstairs with 2 twin beds. Twin "day bed" in living area. Large couch in living room, foldable cot, kids pack-n-play, and 2 air mattresses available.

This is a beautiful property with a great view of the lake. This home is pet friendly and spacious. We enjoyed the open kitchen, large couch in the living room and comfortable beds. There's a spacious deck to enjoy sitting outside to relax. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

Everything was great about the property! We took our boat and jet skis. There wasn’t room to park at the house but easily accessible additional parking in the area, made up for this small hiccup. The driveway is steep as mentioned in the listing but manageable. There are lots of stairs on the property, but as long as you don’t have handicap needs this isn’t a problem. Beautiful place to stay! Full stocked kitchen! Loved staying here!

Fantastic spot on Lake Travis

We had a great time at William's property on Lake Travis with our children, extended family, and dogs. The deck provides a great view of Lake Travis, as well as a propane fire pit table to relax in the evening. We brought our Bluetooth speaker for music outside as William advised there are no speakers on the deck. The deck provides easy access via a gate for dogs to walk to a fenced in area. This was great to get them out in the morning rather than having to put them on a leash. Very cool! We all said we would love to rent this property again. There a bit of stairs involved with this house, so plan properly with young children. We brought an extra child gate just in case, and the stair areas are very wide and a little difficult to block. Thanks William!

Great quiet getaway - quick lake access

Great decks. The bedrooms are essentially on three levels so you feel spread out and private. The basics were provided for, so pack light or double check with property Mgr. Home has modern updates. Super short walk to the lake (2 mins max). TV is already setup with a Fire stick and Chromecast. Eating out options are good if you drive 30 mins out (it is worth the drive if you don’t want to cook.) We used the Pronto delivery service - it worked out but menus are limited and because the food places are far off, expect a wait. Great experience with property manager (informative, prompt).

Absolutely wonderful experience! We had a work retreat at this beautiful home on Lake Travis. The house was extremely clean, spacious and the views off the deck were extraordinary. Everything was as it was described and William was very responsive leading up to our stay. We hope to be back for our retreat next year!
