Clean, stylish and comfy! Great location for heading into town, or getting to the North or South. If youâre looking for an Austin hub for your trip you can quit scrolling and just book.
Only needed a place to stay for one night in Austin and this house was perfect. The size and design of the house made it easy to get comfortable. The wall on one side of the living room has a really cool texture pattern that gives that mid-century modern feel. A very nice kitchen, connected to the front living room made the space feel very open. The neighborhood is historic, lots of character. There was a noise machine in the bedroom, was a nice touch, to help with sleeping. Overall the place was very clean. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again.
This little bungalow was very well-maintained and I felt safe during my stay as a single woman. The fenced front yard was perfect for my pups! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed! Very accessible to local restaurants and shops! Stayed here instead of the conference hotel and will definitely consider in the future for extended stays!
We had a wonderful stay at The Plum Door and appreciated all the information and communication from the owners. The house was very clean (my #1), comfortable and in a nice, central location. Didnât want for anything, thank you!
Great property, great location (really neat and funky). Perfect for a couple of nights stay to take advantage of Austin's food scene.
Highly recommended if you want to avoid hotel costs/stay.
We have a daughter and grandkids who live in Austin. In the past we have not had good experiences with houses we have rented. From the moment we pulled into the driveway I knew this would be different. When I opened the door by first impression was how very very spotless the place was. Our grandkids came and visited during our stay and the fenced yard was great. We will for sure be back. This is a 5+ location and an easy walk for coffee and food on South Congress!
Loved our stay at the Plum door. It was the prefect size for my family and two dogs. We came in on Thanksgiving and was able to cook and eat at the house. Location is very convenient for the Longhorn football game, as well as the great shops on South Congress! Very dog friendly, and the fenced in yard is perfect, didnât have to worry about them getting out. We loved our stay! Thank you
We loved staying here. This modern home is located on a hilly and quiet street not far from great eateries, shops, and bat bridge (Congress), and is equipped with everything you need. It is cozy, cool, and relaxing.
Plum Door was clean chic and charming! The location cannot be any better. Travis Heights is a residential area but a very short walk from South Congress which boasts best restaurants and shops. I loved Plum Door and would love to stay there again next time I visit Austin.
