** Please note that this community and its buildings are built in the 1980's and therefore might exhibit signs of interior and exterior wear, outdated aesthetics, awkward floor plan layouts, and other quirks and features common in older properties. The units themselves have been renovated to bring them to modern aesthetic standards but at the end of the day the buildings themselves are still older. All of our properties are decorated and furnished with the latest in interior design and available furniture, and we do our best to implement modern living solutions even when the property itself might be showing its age.

All guests have access to the entire property, including: community pool, fitness center/gym, garden games, and laundry center.
The Neighborhood:
The vibrant North Loop neighborhood is a leader in keeping Austin weird. Famed for its selection of independent and unique shops, you can find an expansive collection of vintage clothing, funky furniture, books, and records. The North Loop is also home to several new restaurants and bars, making this funky neighborhood a great little place to visit (or live) in Austin.
Getting Around:
We recommend that guests rent a car during your stay in Austin as many of Austin’s best attractions and fun things to do are scattered around the city and much more convenient when accessed by car. While there are certainly public transportation options such as buses and individual transportation options such as scooters/bikes/mopeds, these options are mainly convenient and readily available around the downtown Austin area and quickly becomes sparse even a couple miles outside of city center. Rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft are also great options but expenses can quickly add up as Austin rideshare rates are on the higher end and can surge very high during busy times, such as 2AM on weekends and during large events such as SXSW, conferences, F1, etc.

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.
★ Other Things to Note ★
- We would love to welcome guests who book our apartment the same day of their arrival, but please be aware that your check-in may be a bit delayed (to as late as 7 pm) as we rush to prepare the unit for your arrival. Guests who book more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in by 4 pm.
- We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.
- The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the gym, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware.
- Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.
- A $200 security deposit is required as part of the check-in process. This deposit is held to cover any incidentals or potential damages during your stay and will be refunded after check-out, provided no issues are identified. Guests also have the option to pay a non-refundable $35 damage waiver add-on that can cover up to a specified amount of accidental damage in lieu of the security deposit.
Pets ARE allowed depending on size and are subject to pet fees. Please let us know beforehand and add the pet count to the reservation and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation.

Beautiful Building
This place is excellent! Great location, it has everything you need for a nice stay; the courtyard in front of the apartment is perfect to sit down and have lunch and as an added bonus is right by the pool. Oh and the beds are SUPER COMFY!!! Communication with the host was very good, polite and pleasant. Will definitely stay there again.

Roof over our heads for SXSW Film Festival in Austin
Size and amenities were as advertised; 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, with a sizeable living room. Kitchen included dual K-cup or pot coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, and bar with seating for 4. King beds in each bedroom with clean linens and towels. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Bath has a tub with shower, but slightly on the small side. We had a couple of maintenance issues but nothing that needed to be addressed right away and the hosts were very responsive.Unit is on the northside of Austin with about a 20-minute car ride into town. Parking ran 10-25 a day depending on where you parked in the city.We were gone most of the day and were there really just to clean-up and sleep. It wasn't the Taj Mahal, but it served our needs nicely.

Enjoyed but for the last day: No electricity
The apartment was clean and comfortable with fabulous outdoor space and a pool. The problem was the last day. We were informed (multiple emails and texts) about a power outage which was to go from the morning to the early afternoon. We left for the day and arrived back at 10pm. No lights! They were turned back on 40 minutes later. Since we were checking out at 4am, this was very inconvenient. I have asked for some kind of refund but have heard nothing back. Poor communication!

Where do I start.
When I arrived, the air conditioning was not functioning. The compressor was broken on the roof. Two floor units were brought in. They were very loud the next morning. The hot water valve in the bathroom would not allow hot water on the last day. I woke up to the sound of plumbers. Jack hammering the sidewalk up on all sides of the building, specifically the actual doorstep of my unit. The area was blocked off the tape and I could not exit or enter while the owners were responsive and helpful, I regret that this was a less than desirable place to stay. The complex is old. The furnishings are adequate. The beds are comfortable, although there was no flat sheet. The tile work in the bathroom is showing its years of age the trim work throughout the apartment is deteriorating and the places where MDF was used, have swollen and separated from the wall I requested some form of discount and have yet to hear from the owners as of this writing.

This place is a disaster. Mold on one of the bedroom walls and likely elsewhere as the whole unit had a smell to it. We had no hot water in the shower. There are stains on the carpets and floors. This place really looks far from the pictures and feels like a health issue.
