It was located in a great area for restaurants and shopping (both a grocery store and pharmacy were in walking distance) while still being relatively quiet and residential. 'I stayed 4 nights at the Andesmar and really enjoyed it. Especially the staff is what made me love the hotel. My room was very nice too, lots of space.
