'We were overly impressed by this property and the location. The house was emasculate and had such great character in every room. Check in and communication with the property own were top notch. The main areas in the town are all within short walking distance of the home. We will definitely look for this home again next year when we come back to Maysville. We won Oktoberfest king 2025 so we’ll definitely be back!'

'The place was quaint, beautiful, and clean. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the communication. Maybe it was a fluke, but I sent a message the morning of check in stating I never received an email with the check in information. After driving the 4 1/2 hours to the location, I had to finally look up the property name to call them and ask for information. I then did receive texts and the check in email. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay, just not the stress of lack of contact...

'We had 12 of us. There was plenty of space. The house was very clean. Unfortunately there was no fishing poles due to past guest breaking them or stealing them. But we found plenty of things to do. The property manager was awesome to work with '

'This was a very large farmhouse, that accommodated our group very well. Lots of beds, and large kitchen area made cooking and dining very easy for a large group! Plus, we were so far out in the country, the kids could make all the noise they wanted! Mark, our host, was on sight to check us in and explained where everything was located. Plus, he provided a list in the kitchen area, of local emergency contact phone numbers, that was very helpful. Having two kitchens / refrigerators was nice, for a...

'We chose this property because of it's proximity to the Ark Experience & Creation museum along with the pool table for our teens and large enough for a party of 10 and our family dog. The well stocked kitchen has a huge dining table that fit us all. They have a nice deck off the back where I could sit while the dog explored the hillside. There was a movable fire pit but we did not use it because of rain. The property is fairly private and the surrounding area is very pretty. One thing to note is...
