« The receptionist and waitress were both friendly and attentive. My low rating for the hotel is due to the condition and cleanliness of the room. There was hair in multiple places in the shower, the bathroom tiles did not appear clean, and the carpet had crumbs. The hotel’s condition even if it had been clean was very old and mediocre at best - not worth the price they were charging at nearly $200 a night. Add in the dirty room and it was certainly not worth the money. There are many hotels...

« Accueil souriant et agréable. Petit déjeuner correct. Par contre niveau propreté... cafard mort au pied du lit, toile d’araignée, draps tachés ( de sang ou de rouille?) Vu le prix très bas, on ne s'attendait pas à du luxe, mais il faudrait quand même nettoyer la chambre de fond en comble. »

« The motel is beautiful and clean, however the staff have VERT bad attitudes and they don't know their correct information to give guests. I called and spoke with the manager and she had a very bad attitude and acted ghetto. She was VERY unprofessional and because of this I will not spend my money their again. »

« we had an issue with housekeeping on the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay when she took all towels and did not replenish and left the trash cans on the desk and counter, then another time i ran into her in the morning to find out what time she would be coming in to clean, she stated around 4pm but she never cleaned it. I addressed it with front desk and manager and was assigned a new housekeeper who did a wonderful job from 4th-8th day of our stay. »
