'The hotel was rated highly by others who booked with Expedia; however, this property seemed run down and in need of renovation. The room was spacious; however, the bathroom door was broken, the toilet was loose and/or broken as it would rock back and forth when yoh sat down on the toilet. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. My wife found toenail clippings on the floor of the bedroom. The toilet would run for about 35 minutes when it was flushed. 'The air conditioner in our room was making a high-pitched noise, and was not cooling properly. They promptly moved us to a new room, and everything was ok.'

'Voor een hotel By Hilton had ik beter verwacht... Relatief kleine kamer. Bed had een kuil, douche was een kleine cabine. Het rook er naar natte hond. Wat kan kloppen want huisdieren zijn welkom. En geen open raam om te luchten. Handvat in de deur naar de douche viel er uit bij aanraking. NB je mag je huisdier dus meenemen wat positief is maar heb je bijv astma meldt dit eerst even bij de vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie. '

'The staff was friendly but not interested in being there for the customer, on their phone or talking to other staff. I had to wait for them to finish their conversation. Hotel does not have a restaurant nor is there one near by. Staff could not recommend restaurants, did not know the area very well. Property is run down but room was clean and lots of parking.'
