Built in 2025, this spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home with an Elevator was designed for families and groups looking to enjoy Ocean City in comfort and style. The bright, open-concept living area brings everyone together with a comfortable living room, gas fireplace, dining area, and a beautiful kitchen featuring quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with additional seating. With accommodations for up to 18 guests, the home offers a great mix of king and queen bedrooms along with two bunk rooms featuring full-over-full bunks with twin trundles—perfect for larger families and kids. Multiple bathrooms make getting ready for the beach or Boardwalk easy, while the primary suite offers its own private bath. One of the best features of the home is its location. Leave the car behind and walk to the beach, Boardwalk, rides, shops, restaurants and everything that makes an Ocean City vacation special. After a day at the beach, come home and relax on the spacious furnished porch or gather inside for dinner and a movie. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance.

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is 16 guests.

Only registered guests included on the reservation may stay overnight.

No parties, large gatherings, or events are permitted without prior written approval.

The person making the reservation must be present during the stay and is responsible for the entire group.

Noise & Neighbors

Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No excessive music, yelling, or disruptive activity on the decks, driveway, or outside areas.

Smoking & Vaping

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home.

Please properly dispose of smoking materials when outdoors. Do not leave cigarette or cigar waste on the property.

Pets

No pets unless specifically approved in writing prior to arrival.

Parking

Please park only in the designated parking areas for the 1st Floor unit.

Do not block neighboring properties, sidewalks, driveways, or access areas.

Beach & Sand

Please rinse off excessive sand before entering the home.

Do not wash sandy beach items, towels, or clothing in the washer or dryer.

Please do not bring beach equipment through the main living areas when avoidable.

Furniture & Property

Please do not move indoor furniture.

Do not hang decorations using tape, nails, screws, or adhesives.

Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Please report accidental damage promptly so we can address it.

Trash & Recycling

Please place trash and recycling in the designated containers and follow the instructions provided at the property.

Ocean City requires recycling, so please separate recyclables appropriately.

Do not leave loose trash outside or around the property.

Safety

Children must be supervised at all times.

Do not disable or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, security devices, or other safety equipment.

No fireworks, open flames, or hazardous materials are permitted on the property.

Before Check-Out
Please place trash and recycling in the designated containers, load/start the dishwasher, remove personal belongings and food, and make sure doors and windows are secured.
