« I booked the Superior Sea Room that included breakfast just to be told by the staff after sitting down for breakfast according to their list I chose the self-catering option.
As a Gold member I also got a good discount and it was supposedly a VIP property.
I contacted the the managing agent via WhatsApp and even after sending him screenshots to show that if I should make another booking that it showed that free breakfast was included.
His reaction was that he only looks on the Nightbridge...

Breakfast was delicious & cooked exactly to our liking. The garden/pool area of this guest house is a super area to relax & spend time chatting & indeed drinking with the owners & other guests »

« Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort, leider viel zu kurz. Lage ist nicht direkt am Strand, aber auch nur ein kurzer Spaziergang wenn man so wie wir nicht mit dem Auto fahren möchte. Unsere Hosts waren so herzlich und haben uns so viele Tipps gegeben. Und Hund Sky hat aufgepasst ;-) Wir kommen gerne wieder »

« The staff were incredible throughout, we loved them and their friendly helpful ways and will miss them.
The situation is also excellent with many amenities nearby.
Room service was also excellent BUT the noise from the Irish pub over the road was awful and completely disrupted our sleep on the 2nd night which was a Friday night, and partially disrupted it on the Saturday night.
Breakfast at the Dock House Boutique hotel was also really uninspiring - small room felt claustrophobic and the food...
