This home sits on the lower level of a duplex (main home upstairs). While private and serene for most guests, it may not be the best fit for those who are highly sensitive to ambient household sounds. We encourage guests to reach out if a top-floor or stand-alone home would better suit their preferences.



Your own entry opens through French doors into an expansive open living and dining room generous square footage rarely found in a one-bedroom, offering distinct settings for unwinding, dining, and quiet focus. A stone-topped kitchenette bar anchors the space with seating for three, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher ideal for morning coffee, light meals, and extended stays.
