DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY IF YOU ARE EXPECTING THE PROPERTY THAT’S PICTURED IN THE LISTING!!! From the moment we arrived to the property we were shocked as even from the outside didn’t look like the property that was booked. The outdoor furniture was extremely worn and dirty. The interior was subpar w/ several lights either not working or were flickering, several mattresses were “cot like”, cleaning supplies were left in plain sight, cluttered laundry room, cold rooms with space heaters, etc. What we had hoped to be an amazing property for a strategy retreat for women turned out to be just the opposite. We contacted the host immediately inclusive of sharing the evidence, to alert him of the issues w/ no resolution. He recommended another one of his properties but we were not comfortable taking another chance with the same host given our experience w/ the first one nor was the space of the other properties sufficient for what we needed … notwithstanding our distrust of the “reviews.” We had to book a separate property w/ another host at another property to avoid ruining the retreat. The host is refusing to issue a refund nor is he responding to the VRBO support team, so we are having to dispute directly with the bank. We have tons of photos/videos and have downloaded all photos on the listing to share via the appropriate channels. We DO NOT want anyone else to experience this. Renters beware.
