Welcome to our thoughtfully designed condo located in the middle of Downtown Atlanta and ideally staged for up to 9 guests with almost all major amenities and facilities for your convenience.

Whether you're out for dining, or visiting the local attractions or points of interests, almost everything will be within your walking distance from here. You can also get hold of the local transit which is quite easy to get to just by walking.

The condo has a thoughtfully designed bedroom that has two Queen-Sized Beds with high thread count bedsheets, pillows, and a thick mattress for a comfortable good night sleep.

The bedroom also has the room darkening shades so you can have a peaceful sleep while avoiding any bright lights through the window. Also, there is enough space in the closet to store your luggage.

There's only one bathroom in the apartment which is supposedly small for 9 guests but it has all of the major amenities like, shower, bathtub, toiletries, fresh towels, hair dryer, and anything else that would be required for your perfect stay.

The spacious Living Room is quite bright and airy. It's is also equipped with a flat screen HD TV with all of your favorite streaming services, high speed WiFi, centrally air conditioning and heating along with a plush sofa bed, and 2 pull out double beds that are stored in the closet, all included with pillows, bed sheets, etc.

★Laundry Facility★

The laundry facilities are available on a first come, first served basis with full size washers and dryers. For the iron and hangers, you will be able to find those within your apartment.

We could hear the wind howling due to a window not being able to close all the way. It was cold and if we turn the heater on it would get too warm. Non of the extra beds in the living room had blankets and when we emailed the oweners to get more they only brought 1 small one. We needed 3. The blankets in the room are very thin not even a comforter. So bring your own blankets! The place was clean and had enough dishes and silverware for our family of 7. Sunday night is definitely very loud outside, people did not stop shouting until 2am.
