The space is a Single Family house with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 7 beds. The space was designed with guest comfort in mind. It offers friends, families and large business groups with the opportunity to have shared but separate spaces.

The house has 24/7 security monitoring system with exterior camera's around the house.

- Keyless Entry. Check-in instructions with the key code will be provided to guest a few days before the guest arrival date

- The drive-way can accommodate 2 cars and there is free street parking

1. We DO NOT accept guests looking to host ANY parties, and gatherings. There are no exceptions to this so please do not ask!

2. Absolutely NO smoking anything, NO vaping, NO smoke of any kind inside.
Smoking is permitted outside in any of the common areas.

3. We have censors to monitor air quality and there is a $300 fine for smoking violation.

4. NO visitors are permitted at the property at any time. ONLY registered guests are permitted at the property at any time.

5. Guests are required to be respectful of our home and treat everything with care.

6. Violation of rules will result in the loss of your security deposit and possible additional damages.

7. The house is a pet free zone. $500 fine for violating this policy.

- Government Issued ID required
- Security deposit required
