Tucked behind the main house one block from the BeltLine, Beltline Bungalow is a one-bedroom carriage house with its own entrance and a small private yard. An open living, dining and kitchen space sits under a vaulted ceiling with light from two sides, and the bedroom carries a king bed and its own television. Ponce City Market, Krog Street Market and the Eastside Trail are all a short walk away.



The Space:

Beltline Bungalow is a carriage house set behind the main residence, which means the whole of it is yours: your own entrance, your own small yard, and no shared living space. It is compact and deliberately so, laid out as one bright open room with a separate bedroom and a full bathroom.

The main room holds the living, dining and kitchen areas together under a vaulted ceiling with a paddle fan, and windows on two sides keep it light through the day. A sectional faces a 55 inch Samsung Frame television, a round dining table seats four, and the kitchen runs along one wall in dark timber cabinetry with a full-height refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle. The bedroom sits off the main room with a king bed, a pair of woven nightstands and its own television. The bathroom has a vanity, a round rattan mirror and a full tub with a glass shower screen.

Laundry is in the living-area closet, and there is a small yard between the main house and the guest house. The Eastside Trail is one block away, which makes Ponce City Market, Krog Street Market and Inman Park an easy walk or a short ride.

Guest Access:

You can access your space 24/7 via our custom coded smart locks. Please note that for your security all of our properties have Ring cameras. Parking is one dedicated off-street spot on the gravel pad to the right of the main house garage. Please do not park in the alleyway, as vehicles there are ticketed and towed.



* Minimum Age: The minimum age for booking a Minty Living property is 25 years old. On a case by case basis we reserve the right to make exceptions to this rule. Further clarification of stay details, confirmation of awareness of all house rules and that there is a zero tolerance of events as well as an additional deposit may be required in the instance of exception.

Welcome to the Old Fourth Ward, the neighbourhood the BeltLine put on the map and one of the most walkable corners of Atlanta. Beltline Bungalow sits one block from the Eastside Trail, so Ponce City Market, Krog Street Market and the restaurants and bars of Edgewood Avenue are all reachable on foot. Historic Fourth Ward Park and its skate park are minutes away, as is the Sweet Auburn Curb Market, and Inman Park and Freedom Park sit just to the east.

Getting Around:

Beltline Bungalow sits one block from the BeltLine Eastside Trail, which connects the Old Fourth Ward to Ponce City Market, Krog Street Market, Inman Park and Piedmont Park on foot or by bike. The King Memorial and Inman Park-Reynoldstown MARTA stations are each roughly a mile away, and the Atlanta Streetcar runs along Edgewood Avenue nearby. Downtown and Midtown are both a short drive.
