'Very professional receptionist '

'Keurig hotel, wel met de nodige trappen. Onze oceanfront de luxe kamer was groot en had 2 queen bedden. De airco is super, de badkamer mooi. Het uitzicht is fantastisch. We hebben 3 maal gegeten in het hotel, dat was prima. Er zitten ook leuke eettentjes om de hoek. Al met al een prima verblijf.'

'The staff at the hotel were absolutely super! They were very attentive to every question or need that arose. Great hospitality. The hotel was clean and in good (not great) condition. Walking distance to everything in Roseau.'

'I would suggest that they upgrade to elevators. Walkin up those small steps /stairs with your luggage was inconvenient. The locks on the door were outdated and hard to open. But it seems safe. Clean room, comfy bed and fresh towels was available. The hotel room was just like in the picture .'

'Clean and comfortable, in a very convenient location. My room had a mini fridge and microwave, with dishes for easy eating in. Warm and friendly service, easy walking to town. Nice view of the river. I would stay at Narakiel's again!'

'Berkey himself is a gracious, helpful, and thoughtful host. His communications are excellent and once there, he will be there for you. He attends to details and has pride in this hideaway. It requires a walk up ~40 steep steps but once on top, your are in a beautiful valley with wildlife and jungle sounds. Accommodations are basic but sufficient, if you are looking for an experience more like Dominica than a luxury hotel, Berkey's place is fine. Access to the property is straightforward and...

'Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en erg betrokken. Ze checkten regelmatig bij ons in en deden er alles aan om ons thuis te laten voelen en ons te verwennen. Ze waren oprecht geïnteresseerd en er was veel persoonlijke aandacht. Naast de fantastische locatie, dicht bij vele highlights, gaf het hotel een ontspannen, lokale feel maar met absolute internationale standaard. Wij zouden het aan iedereen aan kunnen raden! '

'This was my 2nd time staying at Pinard Mountain Resort and it was wonderful. The beautiful views and calm tranquil surroundings made my stay amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming. I was very happy to see Ms. Remy again. She is a beautiful & intellegent young woman and a great asset to the resort. I was very sad to leave but am hopeful to come back and stay again next year. 'Accommodation itself is outdated. But very nice beds and super clean rooms with new ac’s. Very friendly staff and a beautiful location. Pool is nice. Food in restaurant is very good. '
