Located at the edge of bustling Agias Eirinis Square and just a stone's throw away (3 minutes to be precise) from Monastiraki Square, our home is an oasis in the midst of the city's vibrant life. The renowned flea market, brimming with treasures waiting to be discovered, is only a short stroll away. For foodies and those desiring an authentic Athenian experience, the vibrant open-air 'Varvakios' food market is within your reach.

But that's not all. Your journey through Athens' rich history begins at our doorstep - the awe-inspiring Acropolis is only a 15-minute walk away.

The “Monastiraki” metro station is just 4 minutes away on foot. From there, you are connected with more distant parts of the sprawling city via the blue and green metro lines. The blue metro line is also the direct line to the airport, and the green line will take you to the historic seaport of Pireas.

We are committed to providing our guests with a comfortable and convenient stay, and we hope these additional services will enhance your experience with us.

-After booking and having agreed to the house rules, we find out your intentions are to have a party/gathering. You will have to cancel your booking. There will be no refund

-Quiet hours are between 1pm & 5pm and after 10pm until 7am (no loud noises at these times)
-To oblige with local regulation we will need the Passport number of the person who booked. From Greek citizens, we require their AFM number -Please confirm the number of guests to make sure bed linens are provided for extra persons. If we find more people in the listing than on the reservation, they will be removed from the property and charged to your booking for each extra person according to the fee per extra person.
-Please note that kids (of an age 2+) are counted as guests and should be added to your reservation. Baby crib could be provided upon request with an additional charge. (€15)
-Checkout is at 11:00am. Only if agreed upon, and when availability allows it, a later checkout can be organised for a fee. If we find you in the apartment after checkout time the day rate will be charged.
-We use high-quality white sheets & towels. Please make sure they do not get stained. It will be charged if they do get stained.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If we find you smoked inside a €100 penalty will be charged to your booking.
-For commercial use (photoshoots and video shoots) it is only allowed after consent by us. Different rates than the day rate apply.
-Packages or mail may not be shipped to the apartment. We will not be responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages.
-Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
-When you report an issue with the listing, you automatically grant us access when needed to fix the reported issue
-Please do not log out of our Netflix account to login to yours
