There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bars ,shops in the area easily reached on foot in just few minutes.

The apartment is on the 6th floor and easily reached via a lift. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware (pots, pan, utensils). Salt, pepper, sugar, extra virgin cretan olive oil, vinegar, coffee and tea pots are provided.
There is hot water 24/7 through an installed solar panel.
The household appliances available for use are a coffee maker, a toaster, a boiler, and a stove.

The Bed is King size (dimensions are 160cm x 210 cm)
The sofa-bed's dimensions are 130cm x 195cm
The mattress of the bed and the pillows are hypoallergenic. Cleaned ,ironed towels and sheets are provided.
Netflix is also available for your entertainment . Moreover, there are converters/ adaptors for the plugs.
In the flat, you will find maps of Athens and Greece, restaurants' brochures, leaflets about organised tours, daily excursions around the Argosaronic golf and other kind of interesting activities.
The flat is fully equipped with fire extinguishers, (smoke) detector and a first-aid kit.
The whole apartment is equipped with soundproof windows for a quiet stay.
