The Best of Both Worlds apartment is a 78 square metre apartment with an additional 12 square metre balcony, and it is located in a residential area where you can experience life like a local and yet, you are less than 1km from the Acropolis.
You are only 200 metres from the metro station and the tram station which brings you to the beach. The apartment is close to amenities including a supermarket, pharmacy, cafes and the popular Drakou Street with many eateries. All of these are within a five minute walking distance.
The apartment is on the first floor which can be accessed by an elevator. There are three rooms in this apartment, the first is a living room and office, with a dedicated work space and sofa bed, the second room has two twin beds (90 x 200cm) which can be combined or separated, and the third room has a king sized bed (180 x 200cm). Each of the rooms has been equipped with a work desk and has high speed internet connection. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the apartment.
