'We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sami Beach Hotel. We’d booked 3 nights at the hotel but ended up staying for 10 nights as we were massively let down by the villa owner on the day of arrival in Kefalonia (we’d booked 5 months prior). Caroline on reception and owner Spiro couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely family run hotel. 20 minutes walk to supermarket and restaurants on the seafront. 'We had a fantastic stay - the delicious breakfast every morning was a highlight, as well as the beautiful apartment with views over the water. Popi was very helpful and communicative and Assos is a lovely place to be for a few days away! The villa itself is lovely and well designed. '

'Although a small apartment kitchen/dining, shower room and bedroom. Good balcony overlooking pool and out to see with uninterrupted views of those magnificent sunsets. You do need to hire a car. Although limited utensils we could make our own breakfast. Although there is breakfast available at 15€ pp. Plenty of places to eat locally all drivable. '

Eu cheguei a Lefkada de ferry no Porto de Sami e fui de carro para o hotel, pela única estrada terrível que existe atualmente, e que me desanimou ter escolhido conhecer a ilha de Lefkada. Qdo cheguei no hotel, perguntei na recepção sobre a estrada que dá acesso ao hotel e então que me foi explicado que a maneira mais fácil de ir para o hotel é pegando o ferry em Argostoli para Lixouri. 'As soon as I arrived they knew my name. They take great pride in their apartments and it shows. The room was spotless and the pictures don't do them justice when it comes to the overall look and feel. The breakfast was also very good value for money and the restaurant by the pool was a lovely quiet spot in the morning to enjoy it. I would recommend this place to anyone and would happily stay again in a heartbeat. A real gem. '
