'Anna is so incredibly helpful. She goes the extra mile with a smile. Breakfast is a pleasant dining experience. The hostess is kind and attentive. The décor is cool and modern and fresh. There was whqr appearwd to be a repaored leak which left a mark in our room. Great rain shower! Walkable to everywhere in Assisi. Picturesque. I want to return already. The only things are: 99% of the TV cable is Italian, all streaming requirments with an account, the Annex suites do feel far away from...

'Mooi grote kamer, prima badkamer. Airco. Heel mooi uitzicht. Structuur is wat oud maar de sdrvice is goed.'

'Mooie locatie maar moeilijk te vinden. Hartelijke ontvangst italiaans ontbijt en.op verzoek een prima diner.Kamer erg eenvoudig en sober maar het is dan ook een oude boerderij.'

'Carmine and Lea were the absolute best hosts! They made us feel very welcome and had so much time to help with any query we had. Lea bakes breakfast goodies the night before and they are so so tasty!!! Would recommend this place to everyone!! '

'The place is very near the Basilica of St Francis and very much near to every important sites.Our room was clean and big enough, with all basic amenities. Also it's quiet despite the fact that when you go out it's on Assisi's Main Street. Alessia was very accommodating & helpful to our needs especially when we came very late due to Italian train strikes. Breakfast is serve according to what you wanted on the menu. We would always be happy to comeback to Brunelli.'
