We booked this room for one night not long before we stayed on Labor Day weekend. Given that it was a holiday weekend, the price was reasonable. Otherwise, I thought it was somewhat high, given the age and physical condition of the property.The unit was exceptionally clean, regardless of how old the furniture and fixtures were. The beds were not the most comfortable, but again they were clean. I had specifically booked on the first floor for ease of access, but there was no way to the room without going up or down stairs, and the lot we had to park on was gravel, which made it difficult to get rolling luggage across.The hostess was extremely nice, and even had a sign for her direct contact after hours. However, inthinknthe instructions on VRBO could have been a bit more detailed about where to check in and where overflow parking was (around the entire building from the gravel lot).Breakfast is served in the "atrium," but it is continental at best. Would I stay here again? Maybe, but it wouldn't be my first choice.
