'Our family of four, two teenagers stayed for some spring skiing. The location was perfect for walking into town, easy parking out front, close to river or creekside trails and nice clean place. The bubbling river soothing noise was a nice surprise. '

Except a hot tub was a key amenity for our rental selection … and we were familiar with and very much looking forward to the hot tub at Fasching Haus which we’d enjoyed in past visit. Only to come to find out upon arrival tha the hot tub was under construction. Very disappointed. '

'We enjoyed staying in this unique condo. We loved the spacious bedrooms, high ceilings, and large windows. The 1 1/2 baths were a bonus for us. The location was convenient being only few blocks from the main street. The condo had all the amenities we needed, and the owner was very responsive. '

'The property was a multiplex accommodation which was an unexpected discovery during the check-in procedure as it was not made clear in the advertising. The unit was reasonably clean as should be expected, but extraordinarily high fees were added to this rental by not only the management company (expected), but Expedia, and Vrbo as well, the companies marketing this property. Please be aware that these fees are added before any occupancy, and then the renter is responsible for cleaning the place...

'The condo is very spacious and comfortable. Close to restaurants in Crested Butte and trails for exploring. I will stay here again the next time I’m in Crested Butte. Special thank you to the Crested Butte Property Management for their prompt assistance with correcting the entry door code.'

'Very clean room, but without air conditioning, it was very hot in the room. They provided a box fan to put in the window, but it was very noisy. Otherwise, the equipped kitchen was a plus.'
