A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

'Uitstekend appartement, met prima keuken met oven en magnetron, wasmachine, waterkoker en koelkast, comfortabel bed, een bank, tafeltje + stoel, fijne badkamer, grote ramen. Bijna perfect, want als ik kritisch moet zijn ontbrak een goede faciliteit om zelf koffie te zetten, en de handdoeken hadden last van de - vaak voorkomende - nare geur van de wasserij.'
