However, the steepness was a concern with small kids and lots of lost balls over the edges… Plenty of trails to walk and they are wide enough for an ATV. The house was big enough for our family and we loved the outdoor area. However, stairs outside did not have handrails, which was also a safety concern for children and elderly family members. 'It was so nice having a full bath on each of the 3 levels. Having 2 large dining areas capable of seating 12 people was a luxury as I cooked for the employees and used one table as a serving table. Owners were extremely attentive to any request needed. Neighbors were so nice. Excellent neighborhood.'
