'one of the third floor choices has a loud Hvac unit on the roof above. This is made clear by a statement on the property mgr's website, not where I booked. I was told that it was declared to not be appropriate for light sleepers to.book this unit.'

'Overall, we had a comfortable stay. Check in and check out was smooth with instructions provided by the host and documents located at the unit. All pictures seemed up-to-date and the place was clean and as described in pictures. The air conditioning worked flawlessly during a very hot week. The only two very minor things I would advise to the host is that the second bedroom is very small. The couple we traveled with brought their dog and we had ours and there was no room for the dog to lay down...

'The location is absolutely killer! You can walk to anything or easily catch a ride. The parking spot is small, but we managed to navigate it fine with a mid sized SUV.Lovely kitchen if you plan on cooking for yourself, but also surrounded by all the best food.'

'Although we were only there for 2 nights and didn't spend a ton of time hanging out there, the space was clean and nicely furnished/decorated and provided all the essentials. The host was kind (when we asked to check in a half an hour early) and super easy to communicate with. Check-in process was a breeze and location is PRIME for walking to everything. The parking space is definitely a plus, as well!! IF we HAD to pick anything non-positive about the place, I would say lighting in the bedroom...
