'Had a whole holiday cottage to myself for the price of a hotel room. Really generous and varied breakfast provisions, with spacious kitchen and dining area to enjoy it in. With a washing machine and airer in the property, I was able to get a load of washing done overnight, as the cottage was really warm. The only negative was the WiFi, which I found very poor, and phone signal is limited too.'

'Really great 4 night stay here for a work trip. Flat was lovely and clean other than whoever washed up last didn't do a great job as some of the plates were a bit dirty. Flat is in a perfect location with a supermarket a 10 second walk away and surrounded by restaurants. Also a 2 minute walk to some lovely gardens. Would definitely recommend.'

'We hebben er lekker geslapen, heerlijk bed. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien en we hebben daar veel tijd door gebracht. Lekkere ruime badkamer. En de tweede slaapkamer is zelfs voorzien van een tv. De woonkamer is ook prettig, om tv te kijken of lekker op de bank te liggen lezen. En we hebben heerlijk gewandeld. 'We had a great stay! Thank you to Kim & John! The check in process was so easy. Rang the number by the front door, and Kim was there within a minute to give me a tour of the property, and show me how to use the hot tub. The house is massive! Plenty big enough for our hen weekend needs. There was more than enough seating for everyone in the lounge and the dining room. 'Het verblijf was prima. Er was alleen aangegeven via FEWO dat alles begane grond was, dit bleek niet het geval. Voor mensen met een beperking dus erg lastig. Parkeerplaats aanwezig maar zeer lastig in en uitrijden. Het café de Red Lion is een aanrader. Goed eten en een lekker biertje/wijntje tegen redelijke prijzen.'

'Behind the black iron door there is a lovely well equipped cottage. The best thing is that it is right in the middle of Cheadle and at the same time a quite retreat, the best of both. We are not the absolute nature lovers, but made trips tot Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool. Close enough for a days visit. But we explored the Peak district as well. We did Buxton and Ashbourne and Leek too. We find the cottage very cosy. We didn’t miss a thing. Everything was there, including good Wifi.'

'The road up is definitely steep. And hard to park. But its a great location. Close to the cable cars. The house is kind of oddly decorated but was clean and loved the view from the table outside in the morning.'
