The room was unremarkable for the price. Did not have a comfortable place to sit as the lounge chairs were hard to get in and out of and had no padding. Took a long time to simply be provided a shower stool and I had to ask several times after I requested at check in and the request was promptly forgotten. I had to literally stand in lobby to make sure the request would be put in as "they can't call" only send a message for this. Big cost for off season with no amenities. I left a pair of earrings behind which the hotel located but then used a third party vendor to arrange return at high cost - they were then lost. I spoke with manager Lauren on the issue and she promised a follow up call I never received. After over a month I was told my earrings could not be located by the vendor. Really bothered me that the property did not care about my issue (never received any follow up from the hotel) after paying so much in off season - you don't even get a free cup of coffee. The beach is not right by the property either. I will not be returning.
