    Meticulously maintained 1 BR 1 Bath unit has everything you need for a great stay. Gleaming hardwood floors, two cable connected televisions, wireless internet, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a Keurig coffeemaker, toaster oven, blender (a must for margaritas!), cook, and tableware. If you want to just stay in and make a gourmet meal, this kitchen has everything you need.

    There is a spacious living area with lots of sunshine beaming through and it includes a pull-out couch perfect for overnight guests or a second couple. The bedroom is well appointed and has a king-sized bed and lots of closet space.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is in an amazing location—it was so convenient to be able to walk right to the beach, local restaurants, and the convention center. The space itself was incredibly clean and comfortable, and we were so grateful to find such a fantastic place that allowed us to bring our dog along, too.Jay is a truly gracious host, and all of his neighbors were wonderfully friendly and courteous throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly love to stay here again!

Great stay in Asbury

Jay’s place is in a perfect location, just 2 blocks from the beach, and the apartment has all the comforts and conveniences. We had a lovely time and hope to return!

Our stay was top notch. The condo was oh so comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location makes it so easy to enjoy all the beauty, fun and history of Asbury park. Being able to enjoy it all with my favorite 4-legged friend made our stay extra special.

Always a great time!

This is our 3rd year staying here and the location can't be beat! It's walkable to everything...just park your car in the dedicated parking space and enjoy. The property has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the host is amazing - always available if you need anything.

Beautiful apt and great location

My husband, dog and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was truly perfect. The apartment itself is quite large, has parking and is very close to the beach and boardwalk, as well as nearby restaurants. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable king bed were the cherry on top. Can’t wait to stay again in the future!

I had stayed here a couple of year ago and knew it would be perfect for my month long stay. Very comfortable and well kept. I work from home and was happy to see a desk in the bedroom so I was able to set up a mini-office there. Good communication with Jay - there were no issues at all during my stay. I had my dog with me for the month and was happy to see lots of other fur babies in the building and neighborhood. Also great being right across the street from the park for easy dog walking. Spent some evenings at the 8th Ave dog beach as well.

The unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. It’s just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, and Sunset Lake is right across the street—perfect for walking dogs. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.

My husband and I just stayed at this lovely condo for five nights and had an incredible time. We were traveling with our dog, so we were very happy to find such a great pet-friendly unit that was so close to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants/shops, etc. The unit itself is really comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. It has a nice, open kitchen and a cute little balcony that’s perfect for two people. The neighbors in the building were all so friendly and welcoming, and Jay was such an awesome host (very communicative and responsive). We really loved our stay and hope we can come back someday soon!

Great spot

This was our second year staying here and we had another lovely experience. The location to the beach is fantastic. Jay is a great host and was in communication for any needs we had. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and accessible vacation spot blocks away from the beach. Not to mention parking is included! We'll be back again for sure.

Fantastic

My wife and I had an amazing experience staying here. Jay was a pleasure to communicate with and was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. The place is lovely and a short walk to the boardwalk/beach as well as an array of restaurants and shops on Cookman Ave. I highly recommend staying here. My wife and I are already discussing our summer 2024 vacation and staying at Jay and Nick's place!

A comfortable, cozy, well-appointed condo, with lovely amenities, close to the action of boardwalk and beach! Situated in Asbury Park’s wonderful neighborhood of Sunset Lake, perfect for taking long walks, enjoying local restaurants and for true relaxation. Hosts supply comprehensive check-in details and information for a stress-free stay. Really enjoyed cooking and entertaining in the open kitchen and living space. A welcoming atmosphere for all visitors can be found here.

Great stay

The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Little extras like coffee pods, doggie bags, extra keys, etc. made our stay very enjoyable. Great location, plenty to do even in the dead of winter. Jay was very responsive and accommodating. He was able to extend our stay without issue. Would definitely recommend for an extended or short stay.

Perfect Getaway

Jay was a terrific host, incredibly responsive and supportive during the trip as needed. The apartment was much larger than the pictures give it credit for. incredibly clean and tidy upon arriving. The apartment was well stocked for a week away and only a 7 minute walk from door to ocean. Can't wait to go again!

Exactly What I Hoped It Would Be & More

What a wonderful experience! It took just minutes for me to feel right at home in this lovely apartment. The couch and bed were both so comfy, the kitchen easy to work with and the deck was perfect for my morning coffee while listening to the birds greeting the day. And I couldn’t ask for a better location right near the boardwalk! As a first time VRBO user, I was nervous, but the host made everything easy and answered all my questions. I’ll most certainly be booking this place again!

We celebrated are 20th Anniversary there at Asbury Park. I was very impressed with the condo. Was so close to the beach and boardwalk. Location, location. The place was so beautiful and clean. Decorated so cute and there was everything you needed to have a great stay. Honestly one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Definately will be staying there again. Neighbors were so friendly. Jay was so easy to work with and always got back to me when I messaged him. Great host Thank you Jay for everthing.
