Caution tape still on the bathroom door in our room, ironing board unusable, outside hotel doors do not lock at night - I asked the front desk and had an eye roll about it, bed frames left all over outside that’s a hazard, clock didn’t work, if you’re going to have a thermostats on the wall - it should work too or remove it with your remodel. »

« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived.
