'Very clean. Helpful staff. Great hot breakfast. Definitely staying there again if I am in Carbondale.'

'We came to visit our son at SIU and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, clean, and very affordable. The breakfast was great, with lots of options. There's a bar right next to the hotel, which was nice, and a couple of restaurants nearby. The area felt safe and had a good amount of activity. Overall, a really good place to stay when visiting SIU!'

'It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the room was very clean and exactly what we needed.'

'It was pretty gross, the curtains smelled funny and the mini fridge had all of its shelves stolen or something because it was empty and had no way of keeps drinks in there, the toilet and sink had grim on them and the desk’s drawers looked to be older than the entire room itself'

'The 1st room I was given the AC unit would not plug into the outlet. The 2nd room I was given had roaches nesting behind the hair dryer plug. The 3rd room I was given had what looked like live fleas on bathroom floor. I then ask for refund. Pretty sad!'
